About EMS
Built on family. Driven by honesty. We're here to make payment solutions simple for everyone else.
Our Origins
EMS was born out of personal experience — and a name that means something to us. The name itself is deeply personal: it's made up of the initials of me, my wife, and our child. This business isn't just a company to us; it's a reflection of our family, and that's exactly the level of care and trust we want every customer to feel when they work with us.
The Journey
Our journey into payment solutions started the way many good businesses do — out of frustration. When we went looking for a card machine provider for ourselves, we found a minefield. Hidden charges. Confusing fee structures. Contracts designed to be misunderstood rather than explained. We spent far too much time trying to find a provider we could actually trust.
Our Mission
That experience became our mission. We decided that if this space was going to be this difficult to navigate, we'd build a business that made it simple — for everyone else. We partner only with the best providers in the industry, so our customers get reliable, modern products backed by genuine, transparent service. No jargon. No hidden extras. Just honest pricing and a partner who's actually on your side.
Building EMS's name and reputation isn't just a goal — it's something we work at every single day. We're passionate about helping businesses grow, save money, and finally get a straightforward deal on their payment processing.
"We've built a fantastic bonus scheme into everything we do — our way of saying thank you."
